Disaster Support Hub full scale field exercise
Come join DEEP in a Disaster Support Hub (DSH) event on 27 May 2023 at 8:30 am at DEEP’s Sea Container, which is behind the tennis courts at Dunbar Community Center. Learn all about what a Disaster Support is, how it works, the DSH set up and learn how to fill the various positions required in the DSH.
The DSH is an important part of Dunbar’s Emergency Preparedness and assisting in this event will allow the DEEP members to practise the necessary skills required, train new volunteers and teach you the skill to assist this team of decimated volunteers.
The event will be from 8:30 am to approximately 11am.
