What would be the impact of a wildfire in the forested watersheds which supply drinking water to over 3 million Metro Vancouver residents?
Come learn about Metro Vancouver’s Wildfire Protection Program to mitigate and respond to the wildfire risk in the 60,000+ hectares of forested land which feed our water reservoirs.
We will also learn about their Fire Preparedness and Response Plan for our regional parks, including Pacific Spirit Regional Park.
